We provide complete mechanical design (Machinery & Static Equipment) services that start from the basics up to the detailed design by implementing the latest software tools & techniques. Currently we are using SolidWorks & AutoCAD for drafting scope of work.
Planning & Estimation
Metalline KEK Pakistan has a flexible approach in providing planning and estimation services for the projects of dynamic nature. We provide independent cost estimates to our diversified clientele throughout the entire lifecycle of the project from concept till production at shop floor. Metalline is continuously striving to incorporate and improvise schedule risk analysis, budget setting, and continuous cost tracking during production.

Fabrication & Installation
Metalline KEK Pakistan owns complete fabrication facility. From monitoring & control of procedures during fabrication starting from design, effective raw material, procurement, welding procedures to the final inspection stage has been adopted according to the appropriate design codes & standards. We are fully equipped with competent human capital with international hands on experience in the job ranging from general Fabrication to complicated Plant Machinery & Equipment Manufacturing. Our in-house fabrication shop includes:

Shutdown Maintenance & Repair
Our prime focus is to consolidate our leading position in existing business and diversify for higher value chain by entering into value added maintenance business. Planning a shutdown can be a very complex and often stressful experience but if it is planned in a systematic manner, it not only reduces stress but can also conduct with very little production downtime and with zero- hazard risk.
